It's very creative but I'll stick to mouse clicks. You need them when you know it. Like here on Ego.

It's kind of cool, but could get annoying fast. I never clicked on the site, but if you hover over something if will think you did click it, so you had to move the mouse away to get out of whatever you hovered over (clicked).

It opens stuff just by hovering
It's a test to see how long you can resist without clicking on something...

I know, I just didn't buy in, lol.
There was no need for me to click because of the hover effect.

This seems like a pointless gimmick
