I know some of you see me as a mentor. I have not backed down from the title and I have helped a few star students really get up there with my guidance. But now the time has come to show you guys, someone who I see as my mentor. He is the person that got me serious into graphics design and showed me that it can be a damn good ride. | mOsk , Maciej Mizer , is a fellow-man from Poland. He is situated in Lodz, which is a town that is slowing becoming the cultural and technological center of Poland. The town has brought us many fantastic artists, in the past and in the present. So if you visiting Poland, make sure to check on Lodz. Anyway. Here are some of Maciej's prized works.: Reawakening Afterlife Playstation 3 Notice how his works are so perfectly sharp , yet not pixelized. This artist takes great pride and passion in his works. Everything flows perfectly, everything matches, there is ideal lighting and positioning. Maciej's works have been featured in many magazines and PSD tutorial mags. He has been awarded a few prizes for his efforts and has snagged a couple daily deviations. He used photoshop to create his art, and with help from 3Dmax he obtains the extreme 3D art is he also famous for. And to think Maciej started out spraying graffitti under bridges and on walls. That is how his graphics experience started. He moved his spray can to a digital canvas... then he started exploring the graphics world. though maciej is extremely talented... there is only 1 thing that bugs me... the only negative thing I can see is that he used 1 style and 1 style alone. Maciej has mastered it, but expanding in other regions can't hurt? I leave you with a few other works and a link to his portfolio. www.mosk.pl http://mosk.deviantart.com/ |
